Recruiter Coordinator

The recruiting coordinator is an essential part of the hiring process at IGE. The role is to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process and assist with other HR and administrative responsibilities and tasks. The primary responsibilities entail everything from posting open positions to job boards. Coordinate candidate interviews, travel if needed, schedule interviews across departments, and handle last-minute scheduling changes. Create offer letters, introduce the company mission - vision and explaining about our services, conduct background checks, and smooth over any other speed bumps in the hiring process. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruiting support to our main office in Denver, Colorado, and other locations.

  • Strategize each job post to reach the desired candidates.

  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.

  • Maintain continuous job board and open postings.

  • Screen candidates.

  • Conduct interviews with possible candidates (all via zoom).

  • Set up video call interviews with team members for open positions.

  • Create job offer letters and welcome emails.

  • Be the point of contact for all new employees.

  • Provide basic training about our process to all new employees.

  • Conduct initial orientations.

  • Assist with completing new hire forms and NDA's.

  • Maintain job requisitions for the company.

  • Analyze compensation to maintain competitiveness in the industry.

  • Assist with HR questions.

  • Help create and roll out new policies and standards.

  • Onboarding all new personnel.

  • Training about our policies and process to all new employees.

  • Maintain new personnel digital records in compliance with HR regulations.

  • Ability to study and learn about HR regulations and policies.

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Proficient user of Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, Craiglist, and all major job portals.

  • 3+ years in recruiting position.

  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Education

Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent working experience.
