Flex Spending Account :
Our health benefit plans allows IGE and all its employees to set aside funds before they’re taxed, in order to help employee’s pay for qualified medical expenses in the absence of coverage or not covered by their health plan, and save employers on FICA and FUTA taxes.
Section I25 Plan :
Allows an employer to pay a portion of employee’s insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis, effectively lowering their taxable income.
