As a Design Studio Manager at IGE, you will

Communicate on a daily basis with our design studio in Denver, Colorado.

Coordinate and manage design studio workflow on an ongoing basis.

Assign projects, plan design studio workflow, and adhere to project timelines.

Facilitate communication between teams within IGE to ensure jobs are completed in a timely, efficient, and quality fashion.

Work with the Creative Director to assign projects, determine design staffing, develop processes, and maintain standards.

Collaborate closely with the creative director, creative teams, and freelance talent daily.

Point of contact for Design to help navigate communication and streamline the process between different practices within IGE (Creative services, Communications, Strategy, Project Management, etc.)
Skills & Experience

Fluent and proficient in English. Verbal and written.

Design, Architecture, and or Exhibit Design and experience is preferable.

End to end design background.

Resource management, project management, implementation, and production experience (digital as well as physical) are a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe CS.

Budget and management experience of people and freelance resources in time and materials as well as fixed budget situations

Track record of working within a team in a dynamic environment.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.

$4,000,000 - $6,000,000 per month
